The Power of Introvert
Interesting research has been evolved in this video about the power of introverts. While modern day society has seen introverts in a bit of negative light so that they are not appreciated in social spaces, introverts actually have a place in society. Introverts are defined as persons who are stimulated by more quiet and calm environments. They are differentiated from shy people, who shun social stimulation. Introverts, for example, are more likely to become better leaders at their various capacities. Some transformational leaders such as Roosevelt and Gandhi are world leaders who described themselves as soft-spoken or shy.
Cultural acceptance of the introvert population is required for the sake of maintaining certain aspects such as creativity and productivity. This is because the most creative people in history were also some of the most introverted ones (Cain, 2012). Consider Charles Darwin, Leonardo da Vinci among others. Therefore, cultural acceptance of this population is necessary to maintain creativity and productivity levels among society members.

Growing Up Hispanic: Children in Crisis
While Hispanic Americans are the most populous minority group in the United States, they have faced numerous challenges in terms of diversity considerations. This population, for example, is exposed to high suicide attempt rates, especially among girls, the highest dropout rate among population groups in the United States and the most frequent dental health and lifestyle problems among children (Films Media Group, 2002). As such, children experience challenges in their education due to dental health problems which cause slow learning. Moreover, lifestyle challenges such as obesity put the child at risk in future. Diseases such as cardiovascular conditions, diabetes and hypertension are more likely to catch up with this population. Therefore, cultural acceptance and diversity factors necessitate the treatment of Latin American populations with due consideration of the prevailing factors. This way, cultural considerations are made.
