Do You Lead with Purpose?

The article generally explains the purpose of a leader. It goes ahead by giving some insights into what people expect from a leader and the qualities that will make a leader stand out. It shows that the qualities that make individuals prefer a leader does not matter with their situation but, with what the leader does and what initiatives he takes to complete them. These qualities are what defines a leader (Heifatz et al., 2017). Regarding purpose, the article explains what it entails. It suggests that purpose is how persons view the world from different perspectives. They might be from the childhood moments or from the level that we handle the challenges that are available in the world (Heifetz et al., 2017). Furthermore, it explains that the simplest things are the most difficult ones. One might take forever solving a simple task making them the most stupid creatures. 

The article particularly explains peoples experience with the magical moments. Thus the feeling that it brings is better for making everyone to dare to experience some new things. For example, the stories parents narrate to their children give them hope before they could think on what they should do or what they should become. However, through giving examples with some corporates, they explain the reason for joining careers that will one day make someone a better person or help them identify their purpose. People can apply purpose in their career life when it comes to identifying personal objectives such as growth. Purpose changes how one relates to life and how one thinks (Heifetz et al., 2017). Especially in career, considering purpose leads to personal performance in every corner. As far as future projections are concerned, one can relate with the next course of action when the purpose is in the picture.
