I agree with you, Jordan Mills, that in the manner that body language communicates a lot about people, a written document can also be a tool to asses a person’s communication style, personality, and ethics. You claim that a customer is likely to respond positively to a well-written email. It is true because a well-written document to a person means respect and value of the interaction and is more likely to be taken seriously than a poorly written report.
