The management of an organization has the responsibility of organizing, mobilizing, and harmonizing resources and the stakeholder efforts to achieve the goals of an organization. In modern organizations, the management is challenged to ensure that they adopt best business approaches that keep a business organization afloat. Arguably, the article states that the traditional methods that only aim at the effectiveness of an organization cannot be relied upon (Barilovic, Preskar & Vlacic, 2019) .
The article is significant to my coursework because it touches specific areas like organization sustainability through project management. It highlights the fundamentals of project management, which includes: proper planning, developing a project design, project execution, and monitoring ( Barilovic, Preskar & Vlacic, 2019). The article further explores the application of skills, knowledge, techniques, and tools that are necessary for the project environment that helps the organization to achieve on its project objectives.

The article links project management approaches to the general organizational management to ensure workflow for the organizational best performance. It also highlights success cases due to proper activities planning and monitoring in the organizations. The article concludes that project management is significant for the success of an organization because it provides an organization with the flexibility that enhances a continuous flow of work and quality improvement for an efficient and effective product that is within the project set timelines and budget. The flaw of the article is that there is no link between decision making and the organizational management strategies since the author focuses on how the organization can gain a competitive advantage. The method of data collection is also insufficient for the report. The author relied on literature review instead of evidence-based research methods like qualitative methods.
The author could have established a link between decisions making pertaining a project to the organizational strategy. This would help the organization in the contemporary business world that think that managing multiple projects strategically is effective for organizational outcomes. Even though the article is well researched and the arguments have proper support, the author should expand on research so that there is enough data to support the claims. In this article, the author focused on the literature review. However, with such a project, there is a need for qualitative analysis for fist hand information and support for the arguments.
