The issue of leadership and management proves to be confusing even to professionals. Baker (2014) postulates that leadership is doing the right thing while management is doing what is right. A major challenge about leadership and management is to note where each is applicable and the different ways through which an organization can benefit from an implementation of both (Alghatani, 2014). In this respect, the research question is: What is the difference between leadership and management and how can they be applied to an organization set up to ensure efficiency at work? Factors that may be measured are Employee reactions towards leadership and management as well as assessing situations where either of the two yielded the most benefits.

Productivity has been presented as a responsibility of the employees in big companies: This is where hardworking employees are noted to be vital for the development of the company while those in management are only thought to be providing orders at work (Kumar, Duhan, Haleem & Zhou, 2016). The pertinent problem stands to be how the management can act as a propeller for innovation and, therefore, encourage productivity in an organization (Dobre, 2013). In this regard, the research question is: What strategic ways and methods can the management implement to encourage constant productivity in big companies? The notable factors to measure would be the current perceptions of employees on management and how workers want employees to run activities in an organization.

Factors that encourage growth in a company.
The growth of a company is said to be demanding mentally, physically, and emotionally. This is why it is necessary to look more strategically into how companies can address the issue of growth more smoothly and efficiently. According to Sivarajah, Kamal, Irani & Weerakkody (2017), the challenge related to companies’ growth is to understand the how to identify the industry-specific issues and how best an organization can address them. The research question is: How can organizations understand the industry-specific issues that influence growth and how can various internal structures collaborate to solve them? I would like to measure the constant stakeholders that affect every industry and how the internal environment of an organization relates to the external environment during growth.
