Early childhood educational programming is one of the areas that is affected by the current issues and trends. The effects are felt when it comes to delivering the main objective of the process. The main subjects, learners, have been impacted by the current trends and they tend to move in the process. Education theory is one of the main objectives of the program. Education theory is the theory of a purpose, the application, and the interpretation of the system and the learning activity. It comprises a number of theories ( Harvey & Carlson, 2003). With that, it terms to be a broad process that covers a big area of education. Meanwhile, the early childhood educational programming is related with and affected by the technology and the classroom altogether.

Recently, it has turned out that, one way of minimizing the achievement gap in the ECE classrooms is through the use of technology as the main resource. On the same point, the pros and cons are brought on board so that the right track can be followed towards the perspective. The technology has become widely spread in that, a lot of resources for the purpose of learning are made readily available to the public ( Smith, 2013) . The main issue is, at the early age, the technology effect can turn to be destructive if there are activities of mismanagement. At that age, several individuals fear that too much screen time can lead to stunting of growth that comes through exploration of outdoors and the community itself, interaction with the peers, and the gaining of the patience and skills. In the past years, the effects of technology were not felt. With that, the changes in the real-life situations were not felt in a broad way. Gradually, the technology has been improved in almost all the sectors including the sectors of education. The technology has been of both positive and negative impacts; the main effect comes to the individual personally. As a child, taking the right initiative is of great importance hence so paramount to take the right path.

Use of technology has received vast growth. Almost all activities are functioned through the means of technology, education is one of the beneficiaries of the advancement. In specific, the early childhood educational programming is one of the activities that are affected by it. With concern, the students' assessment is an element that is much crucial for the success of the education system. In return, it assists those offering the services to identify the needs of learning early on. The providers of ECE can then make the parents and guardians be more aware of the learning style of the child and the needs as per the individual ( National Association for the Education of Young Children, 2005) . The early childhood centers that house the students that are disadvantaged may obtain more funding from the state when they can offer a proof for the progress academically with these students hence a closure of the achievement gap. The demand to have educators that have quality skills and contagious passion for the learning process can further grow.

The NAEYC Code of Ethical Conduct offer guidelines for behaviors that depict responsibilities and sets a basis that is common for offering solution to the principal ethical dilemmas that are encountered in the care and education of the early childhood ( Smith, 2013). The primary focus depicts the whole process of the objectives that emanate from daily practice with children and the related families in the children’s programs ( Harvey & Carlson, 2003) . When it comes to professional ethics, there is a lot that expected to be able to survive under the condition from the perspective of the professional ethics. There is a need to understand the technological effects on the childhood, and uniquely value the different stages of the life cycle of a human being. Also, professionally, there should be based on the work on the know-how of the way children undergo development and learning ( National Association for the Education of Young Children, 2005) . Appreciation and support of the bond that exists between the family and child should be prioritized. With that, the child will be able to undergo the trends of the technology with the help of a parent under the professional ethics.

The decision making is based on ethical practice guidelines under the ethical practices settled professionally. Respecting the dignity, worthiness, and the individual uniqueness of the children is an ethical process that can help shape the effect of technology advancement in the early childhood educational programming ( Harvey & Carlson, 2003) . Overly, recognition of the children and the adults’ achievement and their full potential in the relationships of context that have a base on the trust and respect.

Conclusively, the trend in early childhood educational programming depicts the act of decision making through the choices that one makes. Each person has an initiative to take the right path as the effects of technology in children are controllable. The process needs an inclusion of both the child, and the parent. I support that the process of controlling the trends in early childhood is possible and it starts by appreciating the changes, then working towards them.
