The main challenge that many sports managers face is the lack of facilities to aid their training. I agree that it will be competent to construct the community Park in Los Angeles through public funds that can be accessed from taxes. Not everyone exercises or loves sports, so others will not appreciate being taxed to fund the construction of a community part. It is doubtful that such a type of funding will be approved through votes. The best way to motivate voters to approve such a funding policy is by providing them with a clear picture of how the entire community will benefit from the community part at large. The interest of people is significant in various community projects. I agree that not all people have the same feelings when it comes to the project. It is supposed the local government can liaise with the various sports stars for sponsorship as one way to fund the projects. For instance, there can be a bid for leaders to have a coalesced society and support from various corporations that will assist in creating the sports stadium (McCormick, 2020). It is from such a coalition that a link will be created between the public and the private sector towards the funding of the projects. The partnership will see the project through to completion and will even attract more investors.
