Education facilitates knowledge acquisition and shapes an individual's values or beliefs. I always thought that teaching had limited roles (Spring, 2017). However, the sessions organized in college provided a means of eradicating my false beliefs particularly where they culminated in societal harm. Participating in learning sessions enables one to develop a mind that analyses details pertaining to any given situation. Thus, decisions emanate from scientific reasoning which results in a logical conclusion. In so doing, education prepares an individual for their future careers while ascertaining that they become useful members to their respective communities. The current paper aims at describing my work and education related experiences. It also endeavors to explain my educational goals, the anticipated barriers and the most efficient methods of overcoming them.
Question One
Past work experiences enabled me to acquire the skills necessary for thriving in future educational or career setups (Severt, 2019). I developed adept communication skills and efficiency in problem solving. Initially, the long hours allocated at my first place of work resulted in my discomfort. It became difficult to achieve a balance between my work and social life. Thus, I understood aspects of personal time management to facilitate the completion of various social as well as work-related responsibilities. The efficient utilization of time enabled me to handle my workload effortlessly regardless of its magnitude. I believe that my aptitude in such areas would make me a valuable asset to future employers. Moreover, it would increase my capacity to benefit from training programs developed by respective educational institutions.

Question Two
The other hand, college provides an environment which facilitates the acquisition of desirable technical skills. As a result of the resultant experiences, I can cultivate confidence necessary in interacting with other professionals outside my personal network. It creates a platform which allows learners to interact with professionals from the respective industries they would like to join in future. Colleges provide an impetus for building relationships necessary in boosting my future career. Growing up, I had difficulties with managing stress and factors that negatively affected my health. However, interacting with other college-mates enabled me to understand their preferred strategies in such situation. Over time, I developed effective coping techniques. Work places become stressful particularly where employees must meet set targets within specified deadlines. Similar circumstances also prevail in educational institutions with regards to the assignments issued. Thus, efficient stress management would benefit my future educational and career aspirations.
Question Three
The readings assigned and videos which contribute to class content provide an avenue of relating various aspects of my educational units with real life situations. In such circumstances, it cultivates the mentality that great achievements come from courageous efforts. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of overlooking the stereotypes prevalent in my community particularly where it assumes a racial basis. Moreover, class readings and films emphasize on the benefits attributable to interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. The knowledge acquired in such scenarios, would as a means of preparation for my future workplaces.
Question Four
My primary professional objective pertains to increasing my productivity within a specified time frame. In such circumstances, it becomes easy to meet the target set by my employer. However, the tasks I perform must underscore an increased level of efficiency, delivered consistently. Educational, I intend to use the sessions allocated to acquire self-knowledge. Moreover, it provides an impetus for the acquisition of skills applicable in various facets of life. In addition, I intend to acquire my college degree within the duration specified by my educational institution. Achieving my next educational objective requires my enrolment into a reputable institution. In addition, the goal encompasses the acquisition of tacit knowledge. Thus, it becomes imperative for me to find a mentor who can guide my selection of workshops necessary in acquiring the relevant skills and information to boost the outcomes of my learning processes. I easily get excited at the prospect of overcoming career-related or educational challenges such as completing a difficult course within a short time. In addition, I am often eager to meet individuals with a capacity to positively impact my life. More specifically, they must challenge my views using verifiable facts. In such circumstances, my enthusiasm stems from their capacity to enhance how I view myself and others. Time becomes a major barrier in such situations as a result of clashing schedules. However, overcoming such hurdles mandates the development of an efficient schedule which slots in the individuals I desire to meet during the time in which they are available. Moreover, pursuing educational courses requires the availability of financial resources. Acquiring the funds required may pose an unanticipated hurdle which mandates resolution by seeking sponsorship from relatives or even family friends. Moreover, a system that offers the support required by a person comprises of individuals who offer the required practical and emotional reinforcement in the circumstances encountered by an individual (Wiebe, 2019). The system often comprise of family and community members, friends and teachers. In a professional set-up, mentors provide the guidance necessary to overcome work-related hurdles. Achieving set goals would occur within a set timeframe. From 2019 to 2021, I could embark on pursing short courses which complement my college degree. Its completion would result in my consideration of pursing my masters which would take a maximum duration of 4 years.
Conclusion
Education influences different facets of an individual's life. It provides a stepping stone of acquiring the necessary skills which enable a person to positively contribute to their professions. In addition, it provides an impetus for facilitating community related changes which foster desirable outcomes. The experiences gathered from work or educational pursuits extensively influence an individual’s perceptions on how to handle different life scenarios.
