Dear Staff Members,
Subject: CHANGE OF THE VACATION POLICY
This message is for staff members in all departments of the organization. It should be noted by all that the organization’s management has considered and ratified new provisions in its vacation policy. Everyone is affected by these changes and is, thus, hereby urged to carefully study them and understand the import of each provision. The reason people must get the correct comprehension of the new provisions is that their implementation will start quite soon.
I have been informed by the supervisor, Ron Miller, in a call stating the specific changes made to the vacation policy by the management. In the changed vacation policy, employees with 3 or less service period are entitled to one week of vacation. The workers who have between five years of service will now be entitled to two weeks of vacation. It is also interesting to note that all employees who have above five years of service will now be entitled to 3 weeks of vacation. These are the implemented changes to the vacation policy.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
Importantly, all workers must know the provided procedure for attaining the vacation. A worker must send a vacation request to his or her direct supervisor one month prior to the time wanted. It is also vital to understand that the company will not permit a case where two employees go on vacation at the same time. The rationale for this condition is that the company’s operations must never be paralyzed by vacations. The vacations will be streamlined in a manner that allows the operations of the organization to remain unaffected. It is my expectation that everyone will take time to study these changes further and get the right understanding of them.
Regards,
Sam,
Human Resource Officer.
