It entails content such as personal development for employees, leadership among employees, skill development, and career advancement among others. The topic of personal development is an essential detail in this context. It generally involves nurturing individuals to their maximums by increasing their awareness, knowledge, skills and talents, human abilities, identity, and potentials. This could be done by implementing specific strategies and programs such as giving employees study leaves and coming up with the development of target goals and professional meetings such as mentorship, among others.

Personal development is necessary for improving individual employability, enhancing productivity and increasing the employee's skills. It also enhances employee adaptability and flexibility to changes as well as increasing employee mobility in that they diversify in their activities and can earn promotions from time to time depending on their level of skills. Power of purpose is when employees feel like they belong both physically and mentally in that they fit perfectly in the job that they are well tailored for. Personal development is a necessity for any group of employee.
