Self-Evaluations
The purpose of the self-evaluation is to outline the self-worth and capabilities of an individual (Chang, Ferris, and Johnson, 2011). The main purpose of the self-knowledge reflection will be to discuss the strengths, weaknesses, interest, and values that might have an impact on my degree program. The Myers-Brigg Type Indicator was utilized to outline the strengths, weaknesses, values, and interest. The MBTI is a useful tool for determining an individual’s personality traits and has been proven across the globe to be reliable and valid (The Myers & Briggs Foundation, 2018). Additionally, the evaluation will seek to analyze some of the barriers to college completion and the strategies that must be applied to minimize the barriers.
Strengths
The Myers & Briggs assement of ENFJ outlines some of the strengths as the ability to grasp concept easily, learn complex task within a short duration, retention of the knowledge gained in class, providing solutions to various challenges that people face, and working under pressure (The Myers & Briggs Foundation, 2018). Another strengths of ENFJs is the ability to work in a group setting without affecting their performance. ENFJs characteritics are driven by the urge to help other people and not enrich an individual. Therefore, the ability to grasp and retain the information is dependent on the relevance it has to people and not an individual.

Weaknesses
Despite of the numerous strengths that the ENFJs possess, there are certain weakness that affect their performance. Based on Myers-Brigg analysis of ENFJs, some of the weaknesses include the inability to grasp materials that require a logical connection. Another weakness is that the ENFJs tend to focus much on how other people benefit rather than on themselves. Additionally, the ENFJs are not capable to handling tasks that are practical or mechanical in nature (The Myers & Briggs Foundation, 2018).
Interest
One of the interest of an ENFJ would be solving information technology challenges that people are facing such as cyber-crime. An ENFJ would also be interested in setting up a database that minimize the time taken to retrieve information in the organization. An ENFJ undertaking Management Information System would also seek to ensure that the funds channeled towards technology are utilized efficiently.
Values
The values derived by an ENFJ would depend on the strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, an ENFJ must ensure that the strengths are maximized and the weaknesses minimized to derive the highest value. One of the value that would be developed is team-work in the work place since it is one of the strengths of an ENFJ. The other value that would be derived is saving time and delivering accurate results since ENFJs can work even under intense pressure.
