The dilemma that one may face when helping the disabled people is whether to give them their human rights completely and respect their wishes or to use restrictive measures to reduce the risk of harm that may fall upon them if not restricted.
What will be discussed in your dilemma?
The case study involves a young woman who demanded to be set free and mingle freely with friends despite the fact that she was mentally disabled and autistic and the challenges this posed to the social worker who cared for her. The woman aggressive and violent and could even harm herself with anything she could find close to her. Therefore she needed to be accompanied wherever she wanted to go. When set free alone she would disappear and not come back in the evening. The care givers had to seek the help of the police since she was reported as missing. She could be found in the following day sleeping on the street and taken back home of mentally ill people. Her caretakers had a hard time trying to restrict her but she could not listen (Peters, 2015).

In this case I am torn between respecting his or her decision or restrain their free movement to prevent any harm that might arise (Peters, 2015).
Is your dilemma inclusive or exclusive, can it happens to anyone at any time or only a specific person at a specific time?
The dilemma is inclusive since it includes anyone put in charge of taking care people with special needs. The dilemma can happen to anyone put under responsibility of taking care of them at any time.

Teachers act as leaders in classroom by assuming responsibility for the students’ progress by organizing, planning and setting goals for their learners. In the school teachers collaborate fully with other colleagues to create an amicable learning environment through implementing rules and regulations. In the community, teachers address any issues affecting the school and students to the parents and all other stakeholders in the society.
