For the post by Yolanda, the point raised regarding the challenging ethical issue relates to the ideal whereby healthcare practitioners find themselves in difficult positions. Here, they are forces to make decisions regarding the importance of respecting the patient, particularly on matters related to their confidentiality. Respecting patients and exercising honesty is a crucial undertaking in the healthcare setting. Here, I agree with Yolanda since ensuring that patients have information regarding their health while maintaining the confidentiality of their personal information ensures their overall safety and quality care delivery (Salloch, Sandow, Schildmann, & Vollmann, 2016) . This is a crucial ethical issue to consider in the healthcare environment.

According to the post by Alberta, it is essential to focus on managing the competing obligations in the healthcare setting. Ensuring that the healthcare environment has sufficient staff makes it possible to boost the health outcomes among patients. The healthcare professionals should also work as a team to address the different challenges that result from caring for patients (Salloch, Sandow, Schildmann, & Vollmann, 2016) . In this case, I agree with the point raised by Alberta since ensuring to work together while directing emphasis to patient care ensures that they remain safe in line with ensuring that they receive the best possible care.

Concerning the point by Christen, it argues that nurses need to make sure that patients have the opportunity of knowing their medical conditions despite the discomfort that family members might portray on the issue. Family members might emphasize on the issue whereby revealing the medical condition of the patients might lead them to lose hope. However, I agree with the idea by Christen since making sure that patients receive information pertaining to their health is an ethical requirement for healthcare institutions (Salloch, Sandow, Schildmann, & Vollmann, 2016) . As such, the process of ensuring that patients receive information regarding their health plays a critical role toward allowing them make effective decisions concerning their health.
