These values are also referred to as the public service ethics and are used as principles and standards that govern the conduct of federal employees. These ethical standards are mostly used to resolve conflicts between the public service sector to uphold responsibility and competence. The public administration's commitment to moral values is an essential element in the organization of public life. Successful implementation of ethical practices is crucial in upholding integrity.
