The strategic control process focuses on the achievement of future goals and objectives and does not focus on the past performances that hinder the achievement of the said goals (Schreyögg, G., & Steinmann,1987). The process involves articulation of strategic outcomes and the description of strategic activities that guides towards enhancing the performance of employees in an organization. Although the control and evaluation process differ in their implementation, the two process are similarly based on their overall goal of enhancing the performances of individuals employees in an organization. Both processes play a significant role in enhancing the strategic planning that helps towards enhancing the operations of an organization.
