The first learning environment that is used to support learning in a classroom learning environment. It is a learning environment in which students learn within the classroom through the use of various techniques to support learning. In the classroom environment, students' learning can be enhanced through the use of technology-supported learning to enhance students' understanding. These can entail the use of projectors to display learning content for the students. Another learning environment for the students can be a library (Fraser, 2015). Within this environment, educators take students through various processes of identifying the sources materials in the library. The kind of support required here is to help the student through every step of getting the right learning materials in the library.

I have utilized various apps, such as Kahoot and Quizlet, to promote learning and make it less boring. Kahoot is a learning app that makes the classroom to have more fun and motivate the students to actively participate in learning. Kahoot allows teachers to prepare questions for the students and allows the students to answer these questions through the apps with the help of a web browser (Broadbent & Poon, 2015). Quizlet is “a mobile and web-based study application that allows students to study information via learning tools and games” (Fraser, 2015). This app can be used to train students via flashcards. Quizlet offers students an easy way to study and practice what they learn. Fraser (2015) argues that research has shown that more than 90% of the students who use the Quizlet app to study record higher grades.

The creation of an effective learning environment requires the use of various strategies that will enhance the participation of the students during the learning process. The use of technology-based learning method is one of the best ways to make learning more effective. People can achieve this through the use of instruments such as projectors and computers to enhance the visual display of learning (Evans, 2015). Also, the use of a variety of models can be used to promote learning and make the students more active in learning by asking questions. I have supported the learners by establishing a supportive learning culture and a feeling of connectedness. They do this through the use of mentoring programs and group discussions that make the students to actively participate in learning. Persons can also support learning through the creation of online discussion platforms where the students can gather and discuss various topics. The purpose of the online learning platforms is to make the students more active in the discussion of various topics in a way that promotes learning for all.

The choice of various strategies to support learning are based on the learning needs of the students. Based on the psychological needs of the learners, the learning strategies are chosen aims to address these needs. For example, the Kahoot app was found to be more successful in making learning more fan and eliminating the boredom that comes with it (Bullock et al., 2014). When learning becomes fun, students tend to have a high level of mastery. Also, the Quizlet app makes the students study and also practice what they study. The use of technology-based learning, such as projectors and online discussion platforms, is also important in enhancing the participation of students and making learning more fun.

The relevant core knowledge that was utilized was based on the curriculum, which provides the content to be covered as well as the most preferred learning techniques such as discussion, group learning, and individual assignments. These are based on the application of the professional values of a strong work ethic, adaptability, and possession of a positive attitude (Knapp et al., 2014). Learning should always promote the students’ self-confidence and motivate them to develop new knowledge and skills in various areas.
