The creative arts research project examines creative art student experiences of work-related learning in the public sectors. The main aim is to set out and explore such experiences contribute into employability skills among learners and how they are valued by the higher education institutions and other non-profit external partners involved ( Abrignani, Gomes, & De 2004) . The project targets academicians both within the creative and other sectors, higher education sectors, as well as employability support workers. The project may also target potential employers both in public, as well as the private sector and the general student body.
The project is beneficial because it ensures that students are engaged in a broad range of public and private sector activities, which are innovative and self-initiated. Besides, the project will traverse across various organizations, communities, as well as different countries and cultures ( Dees, Economy, & Emerson, 2011) . The projects main competitors are institutions, which consider the role that they play by offering central services, such as careers and enterprise departments ( Nalepka & Ujwary-Gil, 2011) . These institutions have a wider scope, which ensures that they broker the relationship with the local community to be in a position to initiate projects.

The project can do much more to promote, value, as well as recognize student's innovative and creative development. However, this can be achieved through various activities as well as expertise ( Flood & Jackson, 2012) . Not for profit organizations can do more to ensure that shared projects could yield productive outcomes that tie with the widening participation strategies and corporate responsibilities. However, the brand can be improved by piloting an award framework that shows how the outcome can be achieved and to draw upon the result and ways of thinking in the creative intervention project.
