These factors include quality of staff, facilities, degree programs offered by the institution, and the school image. All these factors may affect the students’ levels of satisfaction.

This research aims at identifying the factors that affect the images of the international campuses as that is created by the prospective students. The image created about branch universities to the international students may affect their perspective about such institutions. Hence this study examines the factors contributing to these stereotypes.
