Garrison Book #57
Accordimg to Garrison book #57, Paul the servant of God, is used as an example of a humble, wise and God sent leader to serve according to the will of scriptures. The reading show how God-sent wisdom can be utilized in critical situations to pass a critical message without offending others. It also wrap up on how you can relate well with your coworkers. I can remember Dalmas, Olga, and Basil who were very instrumental to me. As a fresh graduate, I experienced difficulties and failed to meet deadlines but as my bosses, they never got tired to mentor and give me hope that at some point in my career I will gain more experience with time.
The quotes from Garrison book #57 bear a very powerful message that even if we are sinners, we still another chance tom be redeemed before God. That all sinners still the second chance to cleanse their sins before Jesus Christ. At all times, we should not shy off from seeking the Kingdom of God thinking that we can not be given another chance because our sins are heavier. To summarize the reading of book #57, a leader, you should not judge or look down upon sinners who seek the redemption of God. Because the blood of Jesus Christ is meant for the unrighteous. All are equal before God if they ask for another chance by repenting their wrong ways.

Garrison Book #47
The Garrison book #47 depicts how Paul was able to use the power of God’s wisdom to handle critisim. He was vehemently criticized but he had the wisdom to handle and overcome. Many would have fallen for such trap, but through the power of the Holly Soirit, he was guided on how to handle the situation. Criticism at work can make you feel unworthy, more so when you are a leader. At some point, I can remember when I was criticized that I was too strict on reporting time at work. I was the head of programs at a radio station and my colleagues were not at ease on how I kept on reminding them that being late for work is uncalled for. I think I was just right based on expectations bestowed on me, to keep time.
Leadrers should expect to be criticized and how they respond to such critism defines the type of a leader they are. The quotes from Garrison book #47 drive home the message od being accommodative. That you will leading those who support and shun you at the same time. Some critics work miracles in building you to become a more accommodative leader. On the other hand, a leader should learn and correct where they might have gone wrong. The best leaders who were celebrated at some point were criticized on their way of leadership.
Garrison Book #48
A lost and angry Church who is after worldly things is explained in Garrison book #48. A church where worldly interests are prioritized to God’s command. It is saddening that that is the norm of todays’s church. As a matter of fact, I have been a part of an angry church. I have also witnessed church leaders preaching the false gospel or worldly riches instead of the true gospel by Jesus Christ. I have also witnessed church leaders, men of God blackmailing each other for the sake of power, wealth and scramble to be worshiped. To me, I don’t blame them for their wrongdoing because I know it is not their own wish but the dark power that dwells in them.
At work place, I have interacted with various types of people. Some are staunch Christians while others are not. It calls for the utmost wisdom to handle different personalities based on their faith. I always don’t judge people negatively because they don’t practice righteousness rather I try and spread the gospel, for change is gradual and not coarse.
Quotes from this Garrison book #48 reflect on the kind of character God wants us to live. A noble life that is dedicated to perusing the righteous ways of Jesus Christ. As such, the man of God should be dedicated to win souls and convert fully saved persons to God.
