To sustain her commercial kitchen in the new venture and ensure stability as well as the success of the production, it will be crucial for Wanda to change most of her operations and objectives. Wanda will have to change her strategic goals and objectives form the ones she had in her kitchen at home. This will enable her to set metrics and rules that will allow her to check if the business is headed in the right direction. She will also decide to collaborate with the customers to know what processes, materials, and supplies she will have to change. She will also have to change and adopt quality control to improve and obtain the best methods, partners as well as materials for the commercial kitchen to have an advantage over the other competitors.
