Further research on the issue of gender inequality is essential to finding out of the long-lasting solutions that can be used to eliminate the menace in contemporary societies effectively. Further research is necessary for the identification of the root causes of gender disparity in the various societal settings and aspects of life for the community members. Further research will also lead to the extra focus on the affected population by the issue of gender inequality, which will be an essential step towards the creation and the implementation of the solutions that will address the menace for good (Stainback, Kleiner, & Skaggs, 2016). The research will form the fundamental step towards the societal changes that will enable both the men and the women in the community be viewed as similar instead of the present approach which is usually biased. The performance of further research will unravel the various cause and impacts of gender bias in the society, which will lead to the grassroots changes to the community to reduce the significance of the issue (Stainback, Kleiner, & Skaggs, 2016).

Gender inequality has mostly affected women negatively in man societies across the globe. Due to the presence of the problem, women find it particularly challenging to participate in societal decision-making matters, securing of employment and earning a good amount of money like the men as well as taking leadership roles. The women leaders in the societies have been viewed as inefficient and uneducated which has led to the reduction in their support by their subjects and the lack of cooperation with the other leaders in the male-dominated society (Stainback, Kleiner, & Skaggs, 2016). Due to the prevalence of the issue of gender-based bias, the communities living in the areas such as North Africa have had increases in the plight of the women in the male-skewed development as they find their way out of the gender disparity menace (Jayachandran, 2015). The women in the region have to undergo the purity check before they can get married. The women in the area have also been denied employment opportunities.
