Introduction

A dog is an animal that is averaged to have 18-32 Kg when is at an adult stage! The two breeds of the dogs described in the article are the German shepherd dogs and the Labrador Retrievers (Helmink, 2000). The focus has emphasized on the investments made so that the desired weight can be attained. Since the dogs have to be maintained in a certain form so that overweight or underweight is not incurred, this will provide the easiest way for proper management for the individual. The statistical analysis ensures that the obtained data can be helpful in the making of invaluable conclusions relating to the two breeds. The analysis is done logically about the estimated results thus enabling the objectives to be made. The importance of these dogs is majorly guided to people of all kinds including the blind.

Materials and methods

Various methods were used in this study. First, the Seeing Eye training dogs was used where both breeds were trained to guide the blind at their young stage. Once they were adults, they are capable of providing guidance: the caretakers were the ones taking care of the puppies and later taken to the Seeing Eye. In the second method, the Gompertz Function selection was used to provide logical information used in the analysis of the model dog based on both breeds and sexes. However, this analysis is done by using the average growth data and finally their median weights. This clearly indicates the possibility of the individual to collect data used in the analysis where quality data and presentation is achieved. This method provides the growth curve of the individual dogs. The curve will give a sigmoid curve showing increasing nature at initial stages and reaching the stage that the growth is low. For instance, a one-day-old say Male Labrador Retriever has growth rate of 193 but five when aged between 23-37 days (Helmink, 2000). The multivariate secant method uses the estimates from the Gompertz function. The interaction of the dogs facilitates observations and results to be made. The interaction helps to know the effect of each breed. Finally, the Goodness of Fit of Individual Dogs provides the visual impression of an individual dog.

Results

The data obtained in the methods mentioned above is used to determine which of the breeds and sexes is superior. The interaction thus is not included because it is not significant for that case. The males and the females thus differ in growth and size. The result is achieved by observing the dogs on their maturity and duration of their growth.

Discussion

The different types of breeds and sexes of dogs are majorly differing due to their training capabilities and food they get. Upon proper maintenance of the dogs, the weights remain constant. The residential areas are also considered to limit the possibility of bias. Often, the dogs living outside the kennel tend to maintain weight compared to those living in homes due to much exercises (Helmink & Shanks, 2000).

Conclusion

The substantive analysis has provided a better understanding of different breeds of dogs that can be used in the learning process and how one can obtain data in different fields. The article also provides the information effectively due to the correct steps attained from the formulation of objectives, findings, analysis and presentation thus the best information is delivered. The research helps one to think critically about methods of delivery of information. This shows how the people established training of dogs. This is a high level of ‘thinking big’ so as to save the society especially the disadvantaged.
