Societies in the world are known to assemble without having to be influenced by the governments to do so. The global civil society is based on the foundation of the coming together of various groups with similarities and bringing about a change to the way things are handled by institutions such as the government (Keane, 2003). Organizations involving the civil society have enabled transitions in the political arenas of the various countries by giving confidence to the voiceless groups such as the marginalized communities. The global public organization has brought about the change. The change in the political outlook is the most important point raised by the author.
The advocacy for fair political representation and giving a voice to those who are disadvantaged politically by the civil society has been applied all over the world in the various countries. The organizations can focus on fighting for citizens’ rights. Their focal areas may include the government, health, among other parameters of the political livelihoods of the people in a given nation. The act of the civil society sparking political change was observed in Bolivia in 2004. The public community, which is very evident in the country, pushed for the resignation of the then president Gonzalo Sánchez (Nunez and Boulding, 2016).

It is true to say that the global civil society usually affects the politics and governance of a given country. The civil society is not restricted to national boundaries. It is expected that public organizations may interact o push for a universal idea such as the reorganization of the political outlook of a country. Looking at the Bolivian case in 2004, the society pushed for the resignation of the president due to the high membership of the Bolivians in their civil society groups. Such oneness in the social aspect is an elemental tool in being a driving force for change in the political issues of a nation.
