Potential challenges faced by the business manager

It is known that most of the establishments strive to diversify, there is always increase in the number of challenges. Owners and managers of small companies usually face more than on the possible problem that may arise in the business among the employees or the team. The primary cause of these problems is a weak channel of communication, some of the small issues used in compounding problems by not having a proper flow of information or a clear chain of command path. Employees issues can be supervisor issues, personal conflicts, personal trauma, or company structure oriented (Hatten, 2015).

The most organization is facing the challenge of the use of technology among its members. Companies should strive to adopt the new technology to their organization and come up with a plan, timeline, and project execution plan to make sure that everyone is on board with technology. Nevertheless, what they did not put into consideration are the effects that come with adopting the new technology buy the employees. That's a significant challenge for most organizations that are trying to adopt a new technology (Johnson, 2016). Integrity is one of the fundamental values that employees seek in the employees that they hire. It is important for a person to demonstrate sound morals and ethical practices at work. But most of the organization employees lack integrity and it becomes a challenge to the managers (Bates, 2016).

Team leaders are supposed to provide feedback to improve the cohesiveness. Owners are expected to handle team issues in a proper manner, and this is done by finding an explanation for a particular problem and taking an immediate action to solve the serious performance breakdowns. Problems affecting an organization can have a harmful effect on the entire business if no proper action is taken. They should try to avoid this as it results in division among employees, in case try to prevent such problems are not successful and managers should find dramatic corrective measures (Goffee, 2015).

Field competition

The Global marketers business has been dealing with distribution of house hold furnishes, which are also distributed by other organizations. The greatest challenge is the strategy they have to adopt so as to trap the trust of the clients. Most of the clients go deep into confirming on the transactions and deliveries of the firm for the last several years. If the firm has made more positive transactions, their possibilities of getting new clients is high. This leaves the developing small business to take a while before they are identified in the field. Moreover, by the moment these small businesses get the potential clients, most of the time is gone.

Lack of employee’s cooperation

Many are the small business who has less profit made. The minimal profit does not allow them to have given their employees motivations. The employees on comparing the working conditio0ns in their current organization and the large business organizations get demoralized. They end up losing the morale to give quality work and dedicating their efforts to the organizations success. The problem has affected the Global marketers business and the proposal has to cover the possible remedies to take.

Effects of detection of small business gaps

Identification of the pitfalls in an organization, with the aim of improving organizational performance is what we term as gap analysis in organizations. The difference between the currency performance records and the standardized models, which are set is what shows how large the gap is. Gap identification can be conducted generally for a firm or can be done based on the subsections of the organization.

Gap identification importance

Small business managers like the Global marketing business are to conduct the gap identification, which is merged with the set objectives and organizational vision. This helps in setting the log-term plans for the firm. All comparisons made are done in relation to the abiding objectives. The industrial standards as well as the benchmarks did internally prove the efficiency of the gap identification and in setting remedies to the prevailing demerits. For the success in gap identification, hiring other external professionals to conduct the gap identification. This is in the attempt to avoid biasness which can result to collection of unreliable information.

External gap

Inadequate responses from the surrounding environment also lead to presence of a gap in the organization. Products in the external section range can result to external gap. Presence of the increase in the gap thereby between the small business operators and the large-scale operators is growing drastically. The gap is created from the external part being reels of several activities. Some of these activities include competitiveness of the market field as well as those organizations that create the discouraging image of the small businesses. The great effect is losing potential trustees as clients from the small business firms. Additionally, the presence of more salaries to the large-scale businesses leads to the increase in the gap between the large scales and the small scalers business partners (Fassin, 2015).

Competitive training strategy

The training proposed is meant to ensure that the employees in the small business are making maximum services to the organization. Additionally, the managers to these small businesses are supposed to make all efforts to ensure that their financial audits show maximum profitability. Additionally, the curvature of their financial records should be appreciating with minimal cases of depreciation of the statistics. The respective competitive straining strategy to be adopted is the collection of various small businesses and confirms their financial progress. More on that checking on their objectives and vision, which is mostly set annually can aid if included in the training (Carland, 2017).

During the training, two sessions are to be created. They include the session for the trainees to attend classroom work training. The trainers in the classroom session are to give explanations on the requirements as well as the skills required. These skills are meant to help the management as well as the servicing department to ensure they deliver the best to the business. The global business being a marketing firm requires a lot of efforts for its success. This is due to the challenges thereby due to the presence of more technological platforms being used by other small business holders to make their sales too. To add on that, the social media, which is the key marketing platform, is dominated by many fraud cases thus most of the clients trust the services. Therefore, the classroom session is required to ensure the employees, the management, as well as the stakeholders, get skills on how to create the trust to their clients (De Dovitiis, 2016).

The second session is the experimental the practical session of the training. It’s supposed, to begin with, a 30-minute presentation showing how money cans easily success in the small businesses. As the Global marketing business, the session has to eve example of related firms operating under the large business platforms to succeed in their sales (Johnson, 2016). The presentation, for it to be competitive, has to cover some segments which show how easy the global marketing business can outdo their competitors. This is by pining on the weak spots of these firms them suggest on the possible remedies which can be adopted. The remedies settled for should ensure that the Global marketing firm has the training proposed will include discussion of several agendas as recorded below.

Training activities agenda

Review of the financial progress of the Global marketing business.

The suggestion of the possible competitive strategies to adapt to outdo the other small business organizations in the same category.

Investigation of the strategies used by the large business managers to keep their position in the market safe.

Instructional strategies used

Several strategies can be used to ensure that the Global Marketing business tops in the market and secures their position in the market. The management is at the topmost position for the success of the form (Hatten, 2015). This is because the employees have less control over the activities carried out in the company. The firm is meant to pick goods in the firms and add the merchandisers in their sales invoice to market them and deliver to their clients. The instructional strategies proposed are as indicated below.

ROI (return on investment)

The Global Marketing Business makes the purchase of shares and products to sell them at a profit. Their investment should be of a positive response to their practices (Goffee, 2015). The relationship between the investment amount and the net profit gained should record more profit in relation to the amount of currency used to make the purchase. In the example, if the global purchases 2,000 shares from the Bank of America at a rate of $30 per share, this calls for a total investment of $60,000. After a period of one week, the rate of shares purchases shoots to $80 per share. Therefore, if the global marketing business decides to make the sales, the possible cash collection is at $160, 000. The total net profit after deduction of $1,000 to pay the employees and the investment price, the firm saves a net profit of $99, 000. The return on investment is high to allow the firm to develop greatly. Moreover, the records of the sales records, having several such cases of improvement increase the trust of the organization to the incoming investors as well as their clients (Bates, 2016).

Conclusion

Moreover, small business managers like the Global marketers are facing a challenge on diversity among the employees and the management. Also, several employees barely give their feedback to the firm for auditing. This makes it a challenge for the organization to make amendments on future success. The agendas of the proposal have been formulated to ensure that the Global Marketers record a success as well as maintain their topmost position in the market. Therefore, the training proposal activities, which have been divided into two sections, will ensure that the servicing and marketing of the firm makes the small business develop continuously.
