After watching the video, I was shocked to realize that grass-fed beef is more nutritious than corn-fed beef. As indicated in the video, grass-fed meat has healthy omega-3 fats, higher antioxidants, more vitamins A and E, and up to seven times beta-carotene. Omega-3 fats lower blood pressure, slows plaque development in the arteries, decreases chances of heart attack, reduces triglycerides, and reduces the chances of sudden deaths in individuals with heart-related diseases. Since the grass, they feed on gives them more energy; the grass-fed cows exercise more than the corn-fed cows.
Promoters of grass-fed cows indicate that these cows are better for the planet because less energy is consumed to grow grass than grain. Grass-fed cows are also better for beef eaters because they contain more omega-3 and less fat. Lastly, grass-fed beef is tougher and more fibrous as compared to corn-fed, which are lighter and tender. In this regard, I would like to consume grass-fed beef because it is more nutritious than corn-fed beef. It has less saturated fat as compared to corn-fed beef. Therefore, it is crucial to encourage people to consume people from cows that feed on grass because they have more benefits as compared to cows that entirely depend on corn feeds.

I have tasted the meat from cows raised on the grass several times. The beef did not taste as great as cows raised on corn. I think the reason that makes it not taste that better is the nutrients it contains. In most cases, almost all unhealthy foods taste better as compared to healthier foods. I would like to consume grass-fed beef because I want to take care of my body and impart the right amount of nutrients to the body. I would choose grass-fed beef because of its nutrient content.
