Since the group’s main target is to help alleviate drug and alcohol issues among adults as the participants , the age demographic will be 18 years to 55. The group will allow members from all ethnic backgrounds, all genders including the transgender, since the target is to root out alcohol and drug abuse in the community (Jacobs et al., 2011) . Gender will not serve as a restriction for allowing members into the group.
