The other reason surrounding the establishment of the business is the motive to make profits from the sale of the products and services to the target market across the United States of America. Happy Wedding Inc. will start a business that deals in the planning of the wedding parties as a whole in the United States of America. Therefore, the company will focus on the service industry in the United States and later on achieve multinational status. The business will be involved in the taking into consideration the exact customer requirements regarding the ceremonies and the concerted efforts to deliver the correct services that the customer wanted. Happy Wedding Inc. will target a wide range of customers in the American market who have had no satisfying options when it comes to planning their wedding ceremonies, their friends’ and those of their families. To begin with, the ideal customers of Happy Wedding Inc. will be the consumers who are looking for a cost affordable wedding plan, which integrates the latest flexibility trends in the market. Happy Wedding Inc. will also target the customers who are looking for a memorable event planning process of their dreams across the USA. Such aspects of the services provided by Happy Wedding Inc. are expected to attract more customers to the company in the long run. The main product, which will be introduced to the market by Happy Wedding Inc., will be the Proud Family offer. The Proud Family offer will walk with the families step by step as they plan for the wedding ceremonies of their dreams. For instance, the offer will give the customers reliability as they interact with the planning crew. 

Happy Wedding Inc. seems to be a viable business idea based on the outline of the business plan and the revenues that are projected from it. The wedding panning venture will also provide the customers with the experience that they are looking for in a planning process including speed, reliability, flexibility and dexterity, and cost-effectiveness. There are other market players in the wedding planning sector of the service industry in the United States of America. Whereas Happy Wedding Inc. wedding packages will have similar specifications to the competitors, the competitors’ wedding packages are comparatively expensive than Happy Wedding Inc. Happy Wedding Inc. will be headquartered in Fontana, California, the United States of America. The company purposes to open its first service store in Fontana before moving to other areas in an out of California in the subsequent months and years. Happy Wedding Inc. will open a wedding service center in Guangzhou, the Guangdong province of China. Later on, the company will open a branch in Modesto, California. In like two or three years, Happy Wedding Inc. will open retail in New York City, the state of New York. At its startup, Happy Wedding Inc. will require 45 employees. Before the end of the first year of operations, the company aspires to have 275 workers. The employees will be divided among the various leadership positions in the company and be distributed to all the company's manufacturing plants, retail locations, and branches.
