Storytelling is persuasive when trying to reason with employees that I am committed to seeing the company continue performing exemplary. A story will clearly explain to the employees the roles I performed in the previous workplace. Some employees may be expressing affective strife due to their dislike of a manager. Employees sometimes find themselves differing in terms of communication and their perception regarding a company's efforts.

Answer 8

Frustration conflict occurs when an individual's desires are not met within the workplace. Micromanaging employees makes them feel undermined in an organization. A leader who does not allow employees to perform their tasks arouses their anger (Caesens et al., 2019). A problematic boss and non-supportive team frustrate the employees. Leaders who do not appreciate the efforts of workers make their attitude towards the job change. Frustrations make employees share their concerns with the owner of a company. Frustrations cloud individual judgment making them challenge the integrity of their leader.

Answer 9

We are in the perceived stage of the conflict, known as cognition and personalization. When the owner of an organization discusses my disapproval from employees, it shows that employees have perceived a conflict and reported to the owner. My micromanagement as a leader has led the employees to report the case to the company's owner.

Answer 10

The conflict strategy is compromising since I am collaborating with the employees while avoiding changing my behaviors (Benoliel, 2017). To have a mutually acceptable decision with employees will require compromising my behavior. As a leader, to avoid losing time over unimportant issues, I will need to maintain my confidence. Compromising allows a leader to avoid defeat.
