The expansion will mean that the facility is bound to overstretch its limit and this may affect the care delivered to patients. Moreover, expansions need money, and this could pose a problem in future for the hospital. Furthermore, expansion may affect the turnover of their staff members and may result in the hospital having a shortage of human resources.

It is evident that the focus of the medical practitioners at the hospital is to be able to provide their patients with medical aid that is appropriate, compassionate, and effective. However, the limitation will come in when the resources to provide the service are scarce, and the environments are not conducive.
