Introduction
Within any organization, there are four different types of generations working together. Every generation will have its unique values and perspective towards the world based issues and other life experiences. Every generation will be shaped by the year of birth and age. The first generation is called Veterans born between 1922 and 1943, and the second generation called Baby Boomers born within 1943 and 1960. Generation C is the third type born between 1960 and 1980, while lastly Generation Y between 1980 and 2000. , therefore, creates unique challenges in the workplace ( Clark, 2017).
Special Challenges and Solutions
Veterans
They are the oldest in an organization and tend to be affected by age, which makes them unproductivity within the organization. Besides, this type of generation also tends to have unique values, which make it hard to interact easily with other types of production in the organization. They have also been greatly affected by technology changes and advancement in an organization (Bejtkovský, 2016) . As Director of Human resources, I would take various proactive steps to ensure a positive work environment has been attaining. For example, for most of the elderly group of employees within their generation, I would provide them with retirement to allow for another younger and productive generation, which increases productivity within the organization.

Baby Boomers
Baby Boomers, which is the second type of generation and are facing different kinds of challenges such as financial, health, and social issues (Putre, 2013). They face economic challenges since they have to take care of their large family members, which affect their service delivery ( Amanet.org, 2019) . Besides, they also face other mental issues in the organization due to lack of necessary professional counseling hence inability to maintain a proper work-life balance. As the Director of the Human Resource department, I would take various steps to solve their problems, such as the provision of enough health cover for their life (Aruna & Anitha, 2015) . Also, I would introduce counseling and therapy units within the organization to ensure proper work-life balance and reduction in the number of mental cases. When the employees' welfare has been considered, they will always be motivated to work hard and attain the best and set goals in the organization.
Generation X
Generation X has been considered to have communication issues within the workplace as well as low self-esteem, which result in a lower level of productivity ( Amanet.org, 2019) . They are also affected by cultural diversity within the company, which tends to hinder their career growth and promotion. Some of them also tend to have native stereotypes towards an organization as well as management (Wiedmer, 2015) . As a Director of Human Resource, I would engage them with mentors they will value and respect to receive the best motivation. Also, they will need proper training within the organization on how to embrace cultural diversity in the modern world.
Generation Y
It is the youngest generation within the organization, and hiring it usually, have a few unique challenges in an organization (Putre, 2013). They are characterized by events such as the growth of computer and technology. Some of the particular leading challenges they pose in an organization in addition to internet and technology which tend to make them unproductive. They are also not patient in life since they want to acquire promotion and a vast sum of wealth due to the increased level of peer pressure (Bencsik, Horváth & Juhász, 2016) . Even, they fail to integrate well with other generations due to different personal views and age difference. As a Director of Human Resource in an organization, I would provide propel under generation Y with challenging task to avoid them engaging in technology and other internet related hence disrupting operations. They will also require more level of training on corporate values.
Conclusion
The four different types of generation within an organization contain different particular challenges such as age or communication issues which tend to affect productivity in an organization. As a Director of Human Resource, I will have to put in place different strategies for all the four generations to ensure a positive work environment.
