Body dance has from time immemorial gathered a lot of history about different nations in the world, during slavery, slaves were forced to dance to entertain their masters it is from these dances that slaves aspiring to be free men started were motivated and united, and they started fighting for their freedom. Body dancing is an act of free as you move with the rhythm of a song (Ravn, 2016).

Ignorance can be by eliminating racism which causes deaths and division among nations in the world; if racism is not addressed explicitly, it brings hatred in the society regarding political and socialism. Today’s youth empowerment programs focus on eliminating racism, ignorance among the youths. They should be taught how to be just to others to avoid injustices in the world (Calvilo, 2017). Children should be educated about slavery with much care to avoid engaging them in notion of impurity and racism which might trigger back the modern slavery (Calvilo, 2017).

It brings about forgiveness among communities especially the rural neighborhoods where they interact and forget about their differences; it also serves as of income where nations can participate in national dancing competitions, and as a result, it generates income thus eradicating poverty in the world. Dance also promote and restore peoples’ culture for over a long time.

Dance records do not leave retrievable records that other sources might, but it sticks to people’s mind because it is a form of entertainment that brings people together. Therefore, it’s a unique source compared to other sources of history (Neave, 2017). Dancing captivates people everywhere in the world regarding entertainment; it also helps the soul to relax during or after hard work, it also acts as a form of unifying factor, it brings people together especially when there is peace forum and help them to reconcile among themselves (Ravn, 2016). It raises youth empowerment programs that aid and fund their education.
