In a community where racism and gender division is the order of the day, there are privileges which the dominance group enjoys which the minority doesn’t possess. For instance, the primary opportunity the racist in America enjoys is the white skin color. However, there is other on- privileged issues which the minority doesn’t possess too.

The first one is the speaking accent, this so common among racist. Most people find themselves on the racist side due to their inability to pronounce or spell some words in English or the dominate language. The second is job performance or general performance. This is a non-privilege issue most common especially among gender based society where people vary in the way they can perform their task when exposed to a different work environment ( Doan & Miller, 2014).

The third is the skin color. This is very difficult in racism based communities for the racism victims to acquire. This has been used as a tool to spread the racism especially in the United States of America. The people with uncommon skin colors always find themselves in hot soup on the hand of racism. They face discriminating due to this factor.

The fourth factor is the education level. This is most common in gender based society where one gender is educated than another. The victims of this circumstance are mostly ladies. It mostly happens where a man is highly educated than the wife. The wife may often face discrimination due to this fact.

The last issue is a financial threat. This is also a major threat in the gender-based community. Though not a major privilege, financial factor has been used to perpetuate discrimination and gender inequalities in such communities.
