A knowledge-based economy relies largely on the use of ideas rather than corporal abilities and on the application of expertise rather than the hauling of raw material and the exploitation of inexpensive labor. This is an economy where knowledge is generated, acquired, conveyed and used more effectively by individuals, enterprises to promote economic and social development. This knowledge economy is really changing the demands of the market in economies throughout the world. Demand for high skilled workers who have specialized in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has immensely increased. It will be wise and encouraging if a manager addresses his juniors in a descent manner. It encourages the members and makes them feel respected.
