Nimble Storage Corporation is tasked with the mandate of offering an analytical flash policy that puts together a flash presentation with projecting analytics to come up with measures to prevent barriers in data management. Accelerating the digital revolution by offering users faster and dependable access to data in the cloud and on-premise is the mission statement that guides Nimble Storage ( Bahrami, 2015 ). Their core values include integrity, teamwork, accountability, innovation, and listening, which have all been incorporated in line with the mission statement. The company has its vision of becoming competitively profitable and transforming the world of storage. The mission and vision statements of Nimble Storage has yield success due to the increased growth rate. It now has the mandate of keeping the current demand to meet its supply and maintain quality talent. 

Nimble storage utilizes a geocentric staffing approach to meet the integrated global strategy that will see Nimble become internationally recognized ( Isichei, & Collings, 2016 ). It is an international company as it incorporates the transnational system to manage its employees. The focus of Nimble Storage is to ensure it hires highly talented employees nearing about 80-90 new staff each quarter to avert issues to do with high turnover rates. They have continued to diversify their employee selection via recruiting teams from different countries, making it more ethnocentric. Being more geocentric, the firm gives the best possible opportunity to secure the best-qualified talent on a global scale.

It has strategies of recruiting new employees incorporated in the company to accomplish the set goals sufficiently.
