Shakespeare's “Othello” thrives the audience expressing the strength of deceit, hatred, and racism. Roderigo has invested a lot of money to pay lago to help him win Desdemona but learns that she has married Othello. Desdemona's father doesn't agree with Roderigo relationship with his daughter but on the contrary, joins with him to destroy a common enemy who in this case is Othello. It is evident that different motivations of the characters enabled them to achieve their desires regardless of how they choose to pursue them.
