Technology has significantly developed in such a way that it has enabled a worldwide digital revolution, a factor which has reshaped and pushed forward economic, social, cultural and political global landscape (Kumar, 2017) . The continuous developments in technology in addition to its use in various management processes further has had a significant effect on how businesses worldwide are handled, thus promoting the success of these businesses. These technological devices are not just some random gadgets that we use for entertainment purposes but are computing platforms that use developed software and hardware technologies to help in daily business operations (Kumar, 2017) . More importantly, business collaboration spaces that were previously hindered by factors such as time zones and continents have further been reduced. Thirdly, technology has enabled an enormous growth of cloud computing that has further facilitated the success of various businesses. Business strengths that come with cloud computing in addition to digitized growths of mobile platforms have consequently allowed various business organizations to rely on remote work and telework to make distributed business decisions (Kumar, 2017) . As a result of these technological advancements, businesses are now able to outsource more work and additionally rely on markets to build their values. Furthermore, changes in technology have enabled collaboration of various organizations with customers and suppliers to create advanced new products and to improve existing ones. For instance, millions of managers worldwide often depend on mobile digital platforms for coordinating with suppliers, organizing shipments, managing their employees and more importantly for satisfying their customers.

Question Two

Telecommunications operations are the processes of operation that are primarily responsible for telephone services running over VoIP (districts networks) in addition to POTS lines (analog everyday telephone systems) (The National Academics of Science, and Medicine, 2006) . They are the processes that allow various individuals from different parts on nations and the continent to communicate at through time and space by use of voice through wires, optical or electromagnetic system or radio (The National Academics of Science, and Medicine, 2006) . To complete a telecommunications circuit, two stations consisting of a transmitter and a receiver are required.

In the business world of today, businesses have to take exceptional measures to ensure that their data is protected from those who may exploit them for malicious gains. Consequently, organizations have to regularly update their programs to help fully protect their information and to keep the information of the users and customers safe. By frequently updating organizations technological programs, managers will have the opportunity of keeping up-to-date with issues or even loopholes in programs that have already been fixed or those that need to be fixed afresh.

An organizational dimension, therefore, comprises organizational hierarchy, functional specialties, culture, functional specialties, political interest groups and business processes (Ally, 2015) . Information systems thus help the management dimension to gather supply tools and information data that is needed by organizational managers to allocate resources and to coordinate and monitor their business operations (Ally, 2015) . Additionally, it helps managers to make informed business decisions, create new products and services and to make effective strategic decisions that are crucial for organizational performance.

Technological dimension

The technological dimension of information systems predominantly consists of computer hardware, data management technology, software, and telecommunications technology in addition to the internet (Ally, 2015) . Predominantly, business managers mostly employ the use of technology to conduct daily business operations. These technical aspects are some of the tools that managers employ in their daily activities to cope with everyday business changes. Computer hardware is tools that are used for processing, input, and output business processes while the software is detailed programmed instructions used for controlling and coordinating the hardware components of a computer in IS (information system) (Ally, 2015) . Telecommunication technology, on the other hand, is physical devices and software that link together several pieces of hardware.
