The outbreak of the coronavirus has significantly affected the airline marketing industry. Initially, aircraft market entry was less functioning and highly monopolized. However, other companies have found ways to enter the market through regular pauses in the airline industry with the outbreak of the disease. According to the article, the rising demand for traveling at the tail end of Covid-19 would create an excellent opportunity for plane industries to start up airlines. Breeze and Avelo airways are aiming to start a new airline this season. The company will start operations using some used models of aircraft, which will be used for short flights. According to Goldstein & Flottau (2021, p. 25-26), acquiring these new models will be cheaper. Similarly, Coulby et al. (2015, p. 271-272) note that buying new airplanes is expensive. Therefore, when starting an airline, it would be advisable to start off with refurbished planes. Based on this assessment, it would be advisable for the new airline to start with small or refurbished aircraft.
The article makes me understand all the issues surrounding the acquisition of airplanes. Through the article, I understood all the dynamics surrounding the decision on which type of aircraft to buy and the pros and cons of purchasing new or refurbished airplanes. I will use this information to develop more knowledge about all dynamics involving plane sales. I can use this information in the future if I become a broker, manager, or salesperson of airplanes. By having this knowledge, I can decide on what I should buy based on the situation that I will find myself in.

In my prediction, the tail end of Covid-19 will be accompanied by high traveling demand due to people's rush to return home or reopen businesses. As a result, there will be high demand for planes and trained personnel. The aircraft industries will be forced to merge amongst themselves to enhance proper management of traveling activities. Usually, managing an airline is costly; hence, linking two or more airlines will ease the traveling process and buy new planes. Additionally, related industries will improve their ability to compete internationally by serving their customers in both leaving and returning processes.
