An effective HRM system helps in facilitating the achievement of organizational objectives by combining processes that ensure easy management and processing of business data. To achieve human resource management goals, HRM systems combine different but crucial functions including employees’ data, recruitment processes, and administration as well as tracking performance record. Professional development, benefits and compensation, and legal compliance functions of human resources are achieved through a controlled planning and management system (Sims, 2007). This activity equips personnel with essential skills that help in the operations and management of organizational resources. Moreover, the human resource department also gets to gain a better understanding of how to undertake their operations to achieve the organization’s objectives effectively.

In the recruitment process, the act of attracting, hiring, and retaining employees depends on the human resource job description. An organization’s management through the HRM system focuses on initiating a mechanism to realize skilled workforce. The strategic objectives are set in a manner that will facilitate the achievement of set goals in accordance with the organizational targets (Farnham, 2015). Moreover, the objectives of human resource management are effectively and efficiently achieved through the use this system. 

According to Farnsham (2015), a HRM system coordinates the functions of human resource department with an objective of realizing organizational plans. It functions as a tool that coordinates all the five objectives of human resource management. These include the recruitment process, professional development, legal compliance, on-the-job training as well as benefits and compensation. Therefore, the HRM system enables the firm to effectively achieve its strategic objectives by providing a comprehensive approach to improve an organization’s performance.
