The creation of an all-inclusive workforce is essential in encouraging organizational success. An inclusive workforce offers organization diversity during recruiting, retaining employees with disabilities, and hiring. A diverse workforce demonstrates high levels of flexibility and competence. In the modern business world, businesses are surrounded by a wide range of circumstances and situations, and a diverse workforce helps to offer solutions to a wide range of challenges. The United States department of labor has developed a policy to encourage people with disabilities into business organizations (U.S Department of labor, 2020) . According to research studies, people with disabilities tend to make excellent employees.

Organizations achieve significant success through workforce diversification. Employers who hire, recruit and retain people with disabilities receive tax incentives to encourage more organizations to embrace the practice of retaining a diverse workforce. An inclusive workforce has a wide range of benefits to both business organizations and the employees. While employees save costs through tax incentives, employees with disabilities, for instance, acquire essential business skills and are offered with an opportunity to use their innovation in problem-solving. To achieve an inclusive workforce, the development of flexible employee structures in organizations is essential (U.S Department of labor, 2020) . People with disabilities have special needs that the organization needs to meet to make it more friendly for them to work.
