Education is perhaps the most important asset in the 21 st century. In fact, some people consider it as a basic need. Going to school is often a contributive effort of many people as it requires psychological and physical preparedness. Friends and family are the most instrumental individuals in providing the psychological and physical support needed when going to school. The material support involves the provision of the necessary resources. In my own experience, the family has rudimentarily been the source of my education resources. Indeed, my tuition fees, stationery, books, and extra-curriculum equipment have all been provided by the family.
The various interactions with friends have mainly propagated the psychological support, encouragement and the sense of purpose. Even though some friends are misleading, the right ones act as an excellent source of motivation and give one a general reason for living. Depending on the level or type of interaction, some family members also play significant roles in motivation, emotional support, guidance, and encouragement. However, it is worth pointing out that family and friends do not provide all the support one requires when going to school. In this regard, I feel that transparency, open-mindedness, and honesty are things friends and family can add more value to.

Since asking for help is not easy, one important tip that can be utilized is ensuring there is no communication barrier. Breaking this barrier enables one to express themselves without any reservations. It is also vital for one to ask for help from people who value confidentiality and honesty. Moreover, it is crucial for one to prioritize more experienced people over their peers. In terms of perspectives in psychology, I usually do not have a lot of willingness to open up to people. Therefore, as much as I would like to talk to someone and establish a viable solution to a specific challenge, am always reluctant to share my emotions, feelings or thoughts.
