Learning in school can be a complicated process that requires determination and sacrifice to enable one to perform. In primary school, it was a challenge to understand some of the things in a science and mathematics class, and it was a challenge to perform above average. It was challenging, and I use to work extra hard to ensure that at least my marks could not disappoint my parents. The plan to improve performance incorporates the use of graphic technique and practice testing learning processes that enable one to have a proper understanding of the subject under study and, in the end, improve the performance. In the plan, the graphic technique will involve using concept maps, charts, and diagrams to acquire structural knowledge of the subject under study (Driscoll, 2005). Practice testing, on the other hand, will ensure that the learners engage in practice sessions where they will put the learning material aside and challenge themselves to recall whatever they have learned. The use of this plan is essential in enhancing the performance of a learner because it ensures proper understanding and memorization of issues in the subject under study.

According to the radical behaviorist model, the mental state of an individual is not essential to influence the psychological state of an individual. However, a mental state is crucial when it comes to the ability of an individual to understand issues and perform well in school (Patiyal, Choudhary, & Mehta, 2018) . In the plan, it is therefore essential to ensure that learners have a good state of mind free from stress to enable them to understand the subjects and enhance performance. However, achieving a stable state of mind for all the students is complicated because they experience different conditions that might affect them. It is vital to encourage all the students to share their experiences and feel free to address their problems to achieve a stable mind for effective learning.
