Human resource manager-he/she has the primary responsibility of implementing the action plan 

Public relations officer-he/she collaborates with the human resource manager to perform the action plan 

Assistant human resource manager-he/she assists the human resource director and the public relations officer to incorporate the plan in the department activities 

The other member of the human resource department who take part in recruitment and selection process- they receive directions from the HR manager, public relations officer, and assistant director of the human resource department on implementing the action plan

Assessment of the Action Plan 

Before implementing the action plan in the recruitment and hiring process, it must be assessed for approval. The action plan will be presented to the management for modification to be made. The management can add or eliminate some parts of the action plan. The management has the authority to modify the actions that should be taken in implementing the action plan. The budget will be assessed to add or eliminate items. The amount in the budget must correspond with the allocated cash. In case there are deficits, the management will eliminate the unnecessary materials. Alternatively, the management can add essential items that will assist in the successful implementation of the plan. Finally, the plan will be revised to improve the weak areas that can prevent its successful implementation.
