I am thankful for the opportunity you extended to accept my request as one of the candidates to be considered in the position of senior accounts manager in your organization. I have worked in the accounts field for long and have gained enough experience to occupy this position as the manager. I have academic qualifications up to master’s level and over ten year’s work experience. 

I have worked as a manager for more than four organizations and in this position, I have ensured that the objectives of the organization are met. As an account manager, I have successfully led in managing and monitoring accounts functions in the organizations I have worked with (De Serres, 2019). This helped us grow because of transparency and timely auditing that I do to encourage the workers within the organization to give their best services. Earlier payment of workers ensures that perfect work is attained because timely audit ensures that the company is succeeding.

Thus, I have ensured enough cash in directed to the projects that are geared towards achieving long- term benefits (De Serres, 2019). The company am working with at the moment was ranked the best-improved and profit-making organization in the state; this is not an individual achievement but a teamwork achievement that we have attained through collaborating with each other making the objectives and goals of the company our own. 

Through proper management of departmental budgets projects and grants (Martin and Dixon-Woods, 2019), I have ensured that all departments are given cash which helps them come up with strategies and double it by the end of the agreed period. Senior accounts manager is someone who will put to task all the departmental needs. This is something I have put into account by dividing the organization into smaller teams that can be managed easily by different people within them. These small teams enhance continuous healthy competition within the organization which leads to quality services and products hence profits made as losses are minimized. 

In these small groups, I have assigned them duties of coming up with new ideas on who we can better improve our services to compete favorably. This has encouraged innovation because the new ideas workers come up with are discussed in the general meeting held every two weeks, these ideas are incorporated after figuring out all possible effects they might have in the general goals of the organization (Martin and Dixon-Woods, 2019). 

However, am not saying other organizations are not succeeding, but I am saying that we were ranked position one out of all competitors. Given this chance, I will not only work to meet the needs, goals and objectives of the organization but I will ensure that deadlines are met because this is a general big position that requires experience and qualifications from an accountant who has served in different sectors and understands how this work is done. 

Taking someone to this position without qualifications and experience is like failing the company, a senior accountant is dependent at times, either to make difficult and tough decisions that are sometimes made instantly and for juniors, they might be inexperienced (Martin and Dixon-Woods, 2019). Am not saying that juniors should not be employed for this position, but am saying that some decisions may be tough to make and the success of a company hangs on how they are quick in making tough decisions. 

I remember a case where I was on leave, and the company needed me to join them because of the tough decisions that were to be made of determining whether the company should be closed or not because of the debts. This through my efforts and advice from other workers we overcame and managed to rise up above the optimum levels while maximizing on profits and minimizing on losses (Rapp and SáCouto, 2017); this was my worst experience because a company has never collapsed under my leadership however after the rise this was written all over the magazines that circulated the following financial year and I believe that all of us read them and you have a glimpse of what we did. 

Am not saying to members present in this interview that I don’t have weaknesses and shortcomings in the working environment, I have them and I will ask for help if selected for this position as a senior accounts manager. The first weakness I have as a manager is taking long at the working environment, truly I cannot leave to my home if the books and financial documents are not balancing; this puts me in check to ensure that all targets are met and the new ones set. Because we are not the only firm auditing, other firms may outshine us, and we have to ensure that we don’t procrastinate because this is the mother of failing in business. 

Thus, all set targets from other departments have to be met in time such that we avoid last-minute rushes. As I come to the end if given this chance to serve with intelligence, integrity, and power I will employ the following strategic plan to ensure that our big company moves to the next level. The first strategy is consulting other members who have worked with the same company for a long period; this will help me with a quick understanding of the nature and operations of the businesses. This will enhance the incorporation of new ideas that I will have come up which have not been embraced and after discussing them out with the other members we will incorporate them into those utilized by the organization (Rapp and SáCouto, 2017). 

The second strategy I will use is to sent members for benchmarking in organizations that are doing better than us so they will help us know what they are doing that our company is not doing (Martin and Dixon-Woods, 2019). This will help us as an organization compete favorably with the other organizations even outshine them because we will know what they are doing that we can it better than them. The and last strategy I will do is divide the workers into departments where each department is given some mandate rising a given amount of cash and because of appreciating the best group through incentives the workers will compete to boost the profits that the company has been making. 

Nothing motivate workers than giving them tokens and incentives in the work they are doing this triggers them to bring up new ideas that ensure profits and quality services as they spend time at the workplace because they will also not feel comfortable leaving the office if their work is not yet complete (Martin and Dixon-Woods, 2019). The workers will feel that it’s their responsibility to ensure that the work allocated to them is perfectly done. 

In summary, this is the best job position for the best candidate that has the heart of our company to take it progressively from where its right now to another level because this is always how leaders should view it, making a positive impact to the company (Rapp and SáCouto, 2017). I will appreciate to offer all I have mentioned and to work with you, but may the best candidate get this job to take our company a step ahead. Thanks very kindly for listening.
