The interviewee did well in the interview and is recommendable that the candidate gets the position as the senior human resource manager. The interviewee scores well in knowledge, skills, abilities, and personality. The person seems committed, friendly, and has excellent communication skills. As a human resource manager, commitment critical. For this candidate, a significant preference is a commitment, and this makes the interviewee suitable for the position. Also, the candidate is self-driven and scores high on problem-solving. The interviewee scores reasonably in problem-solving mostly, problem identification, and finding the right solution for a problem. Also, the candidate scores reasonably on general knowledge and the company’s background information. With sufficient background knowledge on the company, the candidates can adjust well in the organization's environment and their roles within the company. 

Another area of assessment was the leadership skills and capabilities of the candidate. On this tenet, the candidate has done impressively. The candidate is time conscious and also scores well on innovation and creativity. Regarding decisiveness, the candidate’s score is fair on being action-oriented, and this means that he is self-driven to act and also performance positively in the company. Regarding confidence and team, interview exhibits and score well on being assertive and also inclusiveness. The candidate is recommendable to take the position for three reasons. First, the candidate's ability to solve a problem is a good trait that can be good for the company and for the role that the candidate is supposed to assume in the company. Also, the candidate’s interpersonal relationship is another critical point that should be considered while making the selection because the score is impressive. Finally, the candidate’s leadership skills and ability are also remarkable, and this should be a point of concern while making the selection. The score in teamwork, decisiveness, and confidence are good.
