Rose E. Smith

The resume of Rose does not show enough work experience for the advertised job. Her resume does not show information concerning her skills which are required for this position. It only shows a number of small tasks including cleaning experience and working in a warehouse which are not some of the experiences required by Sheridan Apartments. Rose lacks leadership experience required for this position and as well has a one year gap in her resume. She is however in possession of a high school diploma which is one of this job’s requirements.

Jan I. Tor

Jan’s resume contains a good number of the job’s requirements. However, a fact that cannot be ignored is that most of her previous jobs’ experience has a range of one year. For a company that is looking for a person who best fits the position, it would look like Jan jumps from a job to another hence would not be an excellent fit for this position. She is also too aggressive t the interview and to add to that, she interrupts the interviewer in a way that is not polite.

Conclusion

Despite all the candidates possessing a number of requirements that could make them fit for the position, we were able to do the necessary evaluation and make a decision on the best candidate for this position.
