This includes the specialist's instant response to the training schedule, the supervisor's response regarding behavior change of the technicians after having undergone training, the rate at which the technical staff is carrying out maintenance pre and post-training. These outcomes also comprise the number of times maintenance is redone by the technician pre and post training. The evaluation design that should be used to examine the comprehensive efficiency of the training scheme is Kirkpatrick’s Learning Evaluation Model. The model will also evaluate the learning, understanding, and expertise of the recruits after taking part in the training program. The general improvement or boost in the apprentice's behavior subsequent to the training program will also be looked into by the model. The business effects brought about by the training scheme, that is, the lucrativeness or rate of returns introduced by the training program.
