ERP systems are a vital tool for modern companies due to the competitive nature of the market. These tools are available for all sorts of companies and have different features uniquely designed to suit a specific industry. ERP makers have to get creative and innovative if their product is to appeal to their target market.

Many companies understand the importance of having an ERP system regarding their internal regulatory and analysis tools. Therefore, it is essential to explain to buyers the other advantages of an ERP system, such as increasing customer satisfaction, which is a good motivator for all businesses (Khadka & Maharjan, 2017). Companies need to know that ERP systems can be used to speed orders and deliveries, thus reducing customer churn and storing customer data that is important in marketing. Another way to ensure the ERPs created are easily acceptable is to include a team member with expertise who can help purchasers implement the system. Creating stable actor networks and accounting for and helping manage the perceptions of different actor groups perceptions is critical in ensuring an EPR software is accepted by users who influence their organization's decision to purchase it (Lyytinen & Newman, 2014). Therefore, explaining all these benefits to consumers will make them more willing to purchase the system since customer satisfaction is a core objective of all businesses.

The companies that the ERP system was tested on also gave various suggestions of things they would prefer their system to have. Different industries have their peculiarities, which a good ERP system should cover ( Kahouei et al., 2015). Examples include the government agencies which use contract lifecycle management, the reliance on back-office settlement processes that help reconcile instruments such as cheques, and the standard GAAP accounting and purchasing systems used by many businesses. Modifying these systems to serve the target markets is a key strength to attracting the greatest number of clients. The initial trials also revealed that many consumers prefer having a consistent look and feel even when buying newer software since it reduces training costs and appeals to existing employees due to familiarity. User experience, which dazzles the consumer's feelings, senses and stimulates their minds, is essential when marketing a Human-Computer Interaction software ( Hassenzahl, 2018). The ERP software being developed should thus be modeled under the best and most common existing user interfaces in the market or be easily modifiable or reconfigurable once purchased.

It is also important to be able to diversify the tiers or types of EPR systems produced. In order to succeed, social and cultural factors should be considered when designing an ERP system that will be accepted by users ( Kahouei et al., 2015). Large multinational corporation enterprises (MCEs) need ERP systems that can handle or internationalization issues such as currency, accounting rules, multiple alphabets, multiple languages, among others. The company could get a system that has split its physical database into several geographical blocs to improve performance and link branches easily. Smaller MCEs may need limited systems depending on their global reach. The other two categories include tier III ERPs with one alphabet but have multifunctional capabilities for factors such as language and currencies, and tier IV ERPs are common for small enterprises that focus on specific areas such as accounting and HR. In order to stop limiting EPRs to large organizations only, smaller institutions such as healthcare facilities that require the system can have one that is specialized to its needs. Lastly, the company should begin with tier IV and III ERPs before moving to the II, and I tier. Dealing with the domestic market before advancing to the more complicated MCEs or federal agencies is important in ensuring good quality and well-developed software that responds to users' suggestions.

Conclusion 

When introducing an EPR system to the market, it is essential to understand the target market. The software needs to be specialized according to each industry's unique characteristics, while user engagement and follow-up are essential.
