My multimedia tool choice for the presentation of information about my topic of study is PowerPoint. My project will be about starting an event planning business and I chose PowerPoint as a presentation tool because of its effective in demonstrating the designs and plans that I will be using in my business. It is vital to mention that PowerPoint is a computer program, which makes it possible for a person to develop and show slides in support of a presentation. I chose PowerPoint because it has an added advantage considering the fact that it enables the combination of text, graphics and other multimedia contents while creating professional presentations. Moreover, the presentation done using PowerPoint is highly structured and consistent. PowerPoint meets my need in this project because it will make me improve the clarity of my presentation. It will also enable me to demonstrate my points to the audience effectively and even engage them well. I also think PowerPoint will draw the attention of the audience and enhance their concentration since it is quite interesting.
I will start by designing the PowerPoint slides about event planning business. The design will entail using color, graphics and texts. I will also use animations related to my topic of study. The color used will be consistent and bold. The text used will be made to be extremely brief. Moreover, there will be the speaker notes where details in textual form will be put. I will these notes while presenting the information.
