Business Mission and Vision

The mission of our restaurant business is a critical component that will inform our customers about our commitment to offer quality services. The mission of my family restaurant business is to “enhance the eating experience of our customers with the freshest ingredients and flavors, while exciting each guest with personal care and service”. The mission expresses the commitment of our business to prepare and serve quality and fresh food, and exceed customer experience. I believe the mission of our business will shape our business culture to reflect our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our business will ensure that customers get real value for their money. The mission statement will constantly remind the family members why our family business exists, as well as what makes it successful. The mission statement will give every family member clear on the direction of the business. Thus, the mission statement also focuses on the future of the business, ensuring that the family members get to conceptualize the preferred future for the business and work towards it.

The vision of my family business is to become the leading restaurant in providing fresh, quality, and affordable food in the community. The vision statement helps to remind the family members about the direction of the business. The vision statement will also inform the family members about how the future will look like if the business achieves its mission. The vision statement contains information that is attractive for the organization in the future. As such, the family members will focus their energies on the corporate vision. It is important to realize that a vision statement should attract the commitment and energize the workforce, while creating meaning in the lives of workers. Furthermore, a well thought-out vision statement helps in bridging the present with the future while establishing a standard for excellence.
