PURPOSE

The Operations Manager role entails overseeing the processing of various products and goods of the company at its operations plant. The primary purpose of the operations manager is to ensure that all operations within the plant are running smoothly and following the company plans. The Operations Manager ensures that all expectations are met and the goals of the procedure are achieved. The position will require general supervision and monitoring of all activities within the production area. It further entails financial management, administrative, coordination, planning, managing outreach programs, financial management, and organization.
TASKS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Overseeing and ensuring company operations, organizations, administrative work is in line with outlined specifications.

2. Monitoring company productions; receiving raw materials, monitoring and maintaining operations systems.
3. Administering and communicating company policies. Supports employees engagements and productions assignments
4. Supervises all staff programs, tracks all company logistics and manages all project operations within and outside the operations floor
5. Secures company rights and advises the Managing Director where appropriate
6. Tracks all productions to ensure that all processes meet their designed deadlines
7. Coordinates all outside communication especially those on on-going projects and productions
8. Undertakes all other engagements as outlined in the company plans and as assigned by the managing director
Job Specifications
1. BA (needed). A university or college degree is required with a major in plant operations, industrial operations, and technical knowledge in heavy machinery.
2. Skilled at handling numerous concepts within the operations floor
3. Ability to undertake and manage various assignments within stipulated deadlines.
4. Ability to work with little supervision
5. Experienced in handling financial data that includes forecasting, budgeting, and balance sheets
6. A strong commitment to the work, goals, and mission of MMIS Machineries Enterprises
